ISSUANCE OF WNP-3 FES The enclosed WNP-3 Final Environmental Statement (FES) is forwarded for your final concurrence to permit issuance. By memorandum dated November 23, 1984 I distributed a final review copy of the FES to the aopropriate Assistant Directors or Director for concurrence. In general responses were provided in the form of comments and concurrence from each addressee. All comments received have been resolved and I am not aware of any other issues which should be highlighted prior to issuing this FES.
