DRAFT SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT INPUT FOR WNP-3 For response to your memorandum of January 29, 1985 regarding submittal of draft safety evaluation report (DSER) input for WNP-3 by March 1,1985, please be informed that the RAB provided DSER input of Chapter 12 on October 31, 1983, a copy of which is enclosed.

The FSAR review status is " continuing", because of eight open items on which RAB did not receive to date response from WM-3.

However, because we did not receive response since October 1983,we have presently terminated all review activities of WNP-3. Upon receipt of responses from the applicant and establishment of a new schedule from DL, we will renew our review activities; please refer to enclosed copy of memo from R. Wayne Houston AD, DSI, for Thomas M. Novak, AD, DL, dated May 24, 1984.
