DRAFT SER FOR WNP-3 The draft SER supplied with T. Novak's memo (undated) is acceptable as far as it goes. Please note that the SGEB input in the draft SER contains a set of outstanding issues. WPPSS-3 responses to our concerns were received in June 1984, after the DL directive of February 1984 which advised the staff to withhold further review on WPPSS-3. Hence, these issues must be received and resolved at such time as the licensing process is re-instated for this unit.
