This updates Appendix !! to the staff's Restart Readiness Assessment Report, i dated September 26, 1988, previously provided to you.

As of October 13, 1988, the licensee has provided information to NRC staff on all restart open items identified in Appendix 11. The NRC staff has completed i its reviews on all but the following three items, which are currently under review: A.3, A.13, and A.17. ,

l None of these remaining items is considered major.
