PAUL BLANCH AND ERNEST HADLEY REGARDING DESIGNATED TECHNICAL ISSUES In order to ensure that Mr. Paul Blanch of Northeast Utilities and Mr. Ernest Hadley of We The People are kept promptly informed of staff activities on BWR water level indicators, Rosemount transmitters, and Potter Brumfield relays, please follow the instructions below:

- Include Mr. Blanch and Mr. Hadley on the distribution: lists for all generic correspondence (Generic Letters, Bulletins,-Information Notices, letters to multiple addressees such as Owners Groups, etc.) _and all notices of peneric public meetings pertaining to any of the above three issues.

- In addition, provide Mr. Blanch and Mr. Hadley with copies of plant-specific correspondence and notices of meetings regarding the BWR. level indication issue at the Pilgrim or Millstone plants.

Also . provide Mr. Blanch and Mr. Hadley with copies of- plant-specific correspondence and notices of meetings regarding the Rosemount trans-mitters or Potter Brumfield issues at the Millstone plant.

Region I is' responsible for distribution / notification of correspondence or meetings initiated by them. In Headquarters, the NRR Project Managers _for Millstone and Pilgr5 are responsible for plant-specific communications. The Lead Project Managers for BWR level indication: and Rosemount transmitters, with input from the liC Branch, are responsible for communications on these

issues. The I&C Branch is responsible for Potter Brumf; eld relay matters.
