Subj ect: Allegation RV-85-A-0065 This refers to your telephone call on September 10, 1985, in-which you expressed concerns related to Bechtel's electrical construction activities at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
We have attempted to look into your concerns; however, before we can proceed further, we need additional information from you.
Please provide us specific safety concerns of which you have first-hand knowledge, such as a particular system, or responsible individuals who failed to perform their safety or quality functions. Such information is necessary for us to conduct a meaningful investigation of your concerns. I would appreciate it if you
