ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD MEETING An allegation review board, composed of Messrs. A. Chaffe'e,' A. Hon, A. Johnson, L. Miller, and O. Shackleton, met on October 29;, 1985, to review the allegations presented by allegation number RV-85-A-065.
After reviewing the allegations, the Board decided on the following course of action:
1.
Send an initial letter to the alleger and request specific safety concerns of which he has firsthand knowledge. If no response is received in 30 days, this allegation will be considered CLOSED.
