Allegation Review Board
SUBJECT:
ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD MEETING An allegation review board, comprised of A. Chaffee, A.' Hon, A, Johnson, L. Miller, and O. Shackleton, met on October 29, 1985, to review the allegation presented by allegation number RV-85-A-058.
After reviewing the allegation, the Board decided on the following course of action.
1.
Send a letter to John Staggs, the reporter of THE ARIZONA REPUBLIC, requesting specific information related to this allegation or names and addresses of the electricians who contacted him with this allegation, in order for Region V to follow up any safety significance.
Action:
A. Hon NOTE:
Similar course of action by a telephone call to Mr. Staggs was discussed and attempted previously in order to gather sufficient information for a formal board meeting. However, Mr. Staggs would not provide the needed information to Mr. G. Cook of Region V over the telephone.
This board meeting finalizes the action.
