Pursuant to 10CFR50.73, the STP Nuclear Operating Company submits the attached revision to Unit 1
- Licensee Event Report 98-006 regarding a failure to fully meet the requirements of Technical Specification Surveillance'4.0.5 for contamment isolation check valves. Additional containment I isolation check valves have been identified in Unit 1 which had not been tested in the required safety {
