ORDER In consideration of Applicant's 25% power motion, the parties are directed by April 1,1988, to file briefs on the impact of pending emergency contentions on a reasonable assurance finding authorized by 10 C.F.R. 50.57(c). The parties are expected to develop whether such contentions are substantively relevant to a 25% power operation of the Shoreham Nuclear facility. Responses to briefs will be submitted within twenty days after April 1,1988.

If the Staff's technical review of the Applicant's motion is not completed or made available in a timely manner, the parties will be afforded an additional opportunity to respond to such review.
