Section 13.11' isithe procedure. for the 35 consecutive start verification

started and loaded"to greater than or: equal to 3500 KW and run' for greater tthan or L equal to 60 minutes.35 consecutive times as per :the criteria specified in Regulatory Guide 1.108.
