SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-413/85-15 AND 50-414/85-66 On April 15 - 19 and December 9 - 13, 1985, NRC conducted inspections of the fire protection and safe shutdown features of your Catawba facility.
Prior to these inspections your staff provided NRC Region II with material required to prepare for the inspections.
During the December inspection your staff advised the inspectors that portions of this material were potentially proprietary and requested that it be returned to Duke Power Company upon completion of the inspection report documentation by NRC.
This material is being returned by separate conveyance to tie attention of Mr. R. O. Sharpe.
