3.1.2 Concrete Mixing and Conveying Acceptance criteria for daily mixing and conveying:
Truck mixers clean and free of concrete build up.

Trucks empty prior to start of loading.
Check of central mixer operating time af ter addition of c.
materials.

Truck mixers loaded at backup plant required to complete 70 revolutions at mixing speed before start of delivery.
Truck revolu, tion counters must function properly.

3.2 DOCUMENTATION The QC Inspector shall verify on th'e Inspection Report (Figure 1) that requirements of this instruction have been met and submit it to the QC Documentation Supervisor.
1 3.3 CONCRETE DESIGN MIX PROPORTION REPORT The Civil QC Supervisor shall verify concrete design mix propor-tions for each mix number on the Concrete Design Mix Proportion Report (Figure 2) when prepared by B&R Construction Engineering.
i The revision will then be approved by the B&R Project Engineer and issued through the Site Document Control Center.
