3.0 INSTRUCTION 3.1 INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS 3.1.1~

Preplacement Inspection The QC Inspector shall verify the following requirements:

a.

Oil, grease, dirt, loose concrete and laitance removed from concrete surface to receive grout.

b.

Oil, grease, dirt and other coatings removed from under-side of base plate and bolts prior to placement of base plate.

Grout card sign-off completed by crafts and Engineers.

_ Post-Placement Inspection The QC Inspector shall verify the following post-placemenc requirements:

Surfaces of grout shall be protected from premature drying.

Forms shall not be left in place.

Curing will be maintained for at least 7 days, c.

In hot weather conditions, area shall be wet continuously e.
