3.1 INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS 3.1.1 Daily Batch Plant Operations Acceptance criteria for daily batch plant operations.

3.2 DOCUMENTATION The QC Inspector shall verify on the Inspection Report (Figure 1) that requirements of this instruction have been met and upon completion submit'to the Civil Inspector Supervisor / Designee _

for review processing and filing in,accordance with CPSES require-ments for "QA Records".

3.3 CONCRETE DESIGN, MIX PROPORTION REPORT The Civil QC Supervisor shall verify concrete design mix pro-portions for each mix number on the Concrete Design Mix Pro-portion Report (Figure 2) when prepared by B&R Construction Engineering. The revision will then be approved by the B&R Project Engineer and issued through the Site Dochment' Control Center.
