This instruction establishes the acceptance criteria utilized by QC Inspectors for inspecting soil backfill placement a pipe bedding to assure compliance with Refere es B.

3 f5 7-5-79 3.2 FAILING TESTS Failing tests representing the in-place material will he evaluated on an individual basis by the Civil QC Super-visor / designee.
3.3 DOCUMENTATION The QC Inspector shall verify on the Inspection Report.
(Figure 2) that requirements of this instruction have been met and upon completion submit to the Civil Inspect-ion Supervisor / designee for review, processing and filing in accordance with CPSES requirements for "QA Records".
