i 2.2 SCOPE l

This instruction is to be used when inspecting the I

pressure grout used on ASME S e c,t i o n til "NF" supports.

3.o INSTRUCTION 3.1 INSPECTION VERIFICATION l

Prior ts the application of the epoxy pressure grout l

the QC Inspector shall verify the area (or surrounding i

area) is free from oil, grease, and is clean and dry.

be as per the manufacturer's instructions and Reference l

Hole size for the pressure grout application shall be as specified in Reference 1-A and shall be in a suitable location to grout the void area.

Escoweld 7502 will cure in 24-48 hours at ambient temp-eratures above 60*F.

If the temperature is below 60 F,

the area to be grouted shall be heated to 60 F or higher until curing has taken place.

The heating prior to grouting, if required, should be verified prior to grout j

placement.

Grout dams shall be used when placing the' pressure grout.

3.2 DOCUMENTATION I
