2. Accordinoly, Facility License No. R-lC8 is hereby amended by adding a'new paragraph 3.E and changing paragraph 4 as follows:

3.E Physical Security Plan The-licensee shall maintain in effect and fully implement all provisions of the NRC-aoproved physical security plan..includino chances made pursuant to the authority of in CFR Section 50.54(p). The approved security plan consists of the document entitled " Security Plan for the Dow TRIGA Reactor Facility," submitted by letter dated February 24, 1976.

A. This license shall expire at midnight, December 20,~1986.

3. This license amendment is effective.as of the date of its issuance.
