Scope: This special announced inspection entailed 8 inspector-hours on site reviewing the circumstances of a licensee reported physical security event and verifying the implementation of interim corrective measures.
Results: No new violations or deviations of regulatory requirements were identified; however, an additional example of the previously identified problem concerning the discovery of a vital area barrier degradation (addressed in a letter to you dated July 17, 1985, and also reported in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-413/85-27) was identified during this inspection.
