SUBJECT:
On November 1,1984, I participated in an interview with Mr. Chan Van Vo regarding his allegations. Present at the interview were Mr. L. Robinson, of the Office ~ of Investigations (01), Mr. R. Guild, who was representing Mr. Vo and GAP, Ms. B. Levitas, a GAP volunteer, and K. Weller, a court reporter.
Details of the interview are contained in the court reporter's transcript.
Copies of various related documentation presented by Mr. Vo are in the possession of 01. Briefly, Mr. Yo discussed his concerns regarding pipe support material, inspection and records. Mr. Vo also discussed his concern regarding cold springing of piping to an SG feed pump. Mr. Yo also discussed his concerns regarding the QA program in general.
Mr. Vo was assured that the NRC would investigate his concerns.
