Barth, ELD called and' reg'uested.that -the Region check to see if there are previous inspection reports dealing with the concerns in Mr. Van Vo's affidavit. Barth referred to the concerns as cold springing and material traceability problems. Barth said he would need the information by the 3
moriing of November 7,1984, as he has a deadline form the ASLB to prepare a:
a response by November 13, 1984.
Barth also wanted to know where he could find the NRC policy for the
-c handling of allegations.
I referred him to Mr. Richard Stark at NRR.
