Barth, ELD called and' reg'uested.that -the Region check to see if there ,
are previous inspection reports dealing with the concerns in Mr. Van Vo's
- affidavit. Barth referred to the concerns as cold springing and material traceability problems. Barth said he would need the information by the ,

moriing of November 7,1984, as he has a deadline form the ASLB to prepare -
a response by November 13, 1984. ;
Barth also wanted to know where he could find the NRC policy for the -c handling of allegations. I referred him to Mr. Richard Stark at NRR. -
