This is to confirm our conversation today concerning the Van Vo allegation file, specifically, those actions required as a result of the D0L investigation.
It is my understanding that you will coordinate with the appropriate DOL office concerning the investigation conducted by them regarding Van Vo's allegations.
I understand that your coordination will include a reviets of the D0L irvestigation to detennine its sufficiency as it relates to the specific allegations.
Your review of that DOL investigation should include confirmation that no violations were found and that the investigation was thoroughly sufficient in scope to cover all the allegations which logically would induce investigative activity. Should your review indicate that the DOL investigation was not adequate in addressing the issues in this matter, we would appreciate being informed so that we could initiate proper actions as far as requesting additional investigation from your office.
As always, your assistance and cooperation is appreciated.
