'Ms. Reed The Atlanta Journal constitution requests, under the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all letters concerning possible enforcement motion against' Georgia Power company and/or Plant Vogtle, and supporting documer*.a. It is our understanding that, in at least one letter, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission this Week requested that Georgia Power explain why at least three Vogtle operators should not have their operators' licenses o
revoked.
