TMI-l STEAM GENERATOR REPAIR SER Enclosed for parallel concurrence is the TMI-l Steam Generator Repair SER.

Please note that:

1.. An EIA for repair and operation after repair is not included.

It is estimated.that DSI will complete input for an EIA by June 28, 1983.

2.

The determination of significant hazards consideration for operation after repair is not included.

It will be completed after receipt and response to connents at the end of the FR notice comment period (June 30, 1983).

3.

Section 4.3, Emergency Operating Procedures, will be revised to incorporate confirmatory information on SGTR whole body and

. thyroid dose rates which is expected to be received from the licensee by July 5,1983. SER input on review of the procedures is expected from PSRB by July 1,1983.

Attachments and appendices to the SER are.not included.
