Please notethat Provisional Facility License No. DPR-11, as amended, i
expires on March 12, 1970.
If the application for authority to dismantle the facility'(pursuant to Section 50.82 of Part 50) is filed at least 30 days prior to its expiration, the license will be continued
'in effect until such time as we have taken action on this application and the dismantling la completed.
