' cover those oyproduct materials requested in your application dated March 10, 1969, filed with the Commission's Division of Materials Licensing, except that the request for possession and storage of 200 curies of antimony-124 has been incorporated in the amended Provisional Facility License No. DPR-11 inasmuch as this material is being stored in the reactor pool. .

Please notethat Provisional Facility License No. DPR-11, as amended, i expires on March 12, 1970. If the application for authority to dismantle the facility'(pursuant to Section 50.82 of Part 50) is filed at least 30 days prior to its expiration, the license will be continued

'in effect until such time as we have taken action on this application and the dismantling la completed. If'such an application is not filed, it will be necessary for you to file an application for an extension of the expiration date of the license.
