SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT: APPEAL FROM INITIAL DECISION GRANTING A PROVISIONAL CONSTRUCTION PERMIT, Iji DIE MATTER OF CONSOLIDATED EDISON COMPANY OF NEW YORK. INC. (INDIAN POINT NO. 2) DOCKET NO. 50-247 Pursuant to the discussion at the Adjudicatory Session on Dec-ember 9,1966, there is attached a revised draf t Memorandum and Order for Cot:nission consideration in the captioned matter.
The added por-tions, designed to ' cover the points a.ggested by the Commission, are to be found in the paragraph beginning at the bottom of page 2 and in the final full paragraph on page 4.
There is also attached for Cocznission consideration, a draft of a letter which might be sent by the Chairman to Mr. Bogart of the Conser-vation Center following the issuance of the Cocaission's Memorandum and Order. A copy of Pr. Bogart's letter to the Chairman cf October 4,1966 and the Chairman's response of October 13, 1966, are also attached.
