The Regica III Division of Engineering has begun a special inspection of The Zack Company's present and past construction activities at Ni Aland 4

and Clinton. Included in this affort is a review of concerns brought to our attention by former Zack employees. Our inspection of these individua11' concerns has involved the taking of depositions from them.

During our review of the depositions, we identified several areas of potential ir:terest to your organization. Accordingly, we are enclosing a transepript of the two subject depositions for your review.
