Any potential problems, identified during the detailed review discussed in the preceding paragraph, are to be "checklisted" and are to be i

d reviewed during routine site inspections, which are currently on a three-week schedule.

The results c' the review of nonconformance and audit reports in the Regional office (disposition) will be maintained in the inspector's l

files, whereas the results of site review of selected matters (preceding paragraph) will be reported by attachment to inspection i

reports.
