During a telephone conference call on February 10,1992 the NitC requested that Westinghouse lilectric Corporation amend its request for withholding proprietary information (refer to Westinghouse letter CAW 91 Il8 dated January 23,1991) in order to allow disclosure of the information on Table 2.1 1 of WCAP-12613, Revision 2, "ItTD llypass lilimination Licensing fleport for J.
M. Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 " (This WCAP was provided to the NitC by Alaban,a Power Company letter dated January 31,1991 and referenced in the Alabama Power Company VANTAuli 5 fuel licensing submittal dated July 15, 1991,) Westinghouse has reviewed the NitC request and concluded that Table 2.1-1 can be released to the public without any significant harm to the Westinghouse competitive advantage in safety analysis methodology. As such, proprietary (WCAP 12613, llevision 2) and non-proprietary (WCAP 12614, Revision 2) versions of Table 2.11 are provided for your use along with the Westinghouse letter authorizing release to the public, if you have any questions, please advise, ltespectfully submitted,
