Transmittal of Fort Calhoun Station Core Operating Limit Report (COLR) - Revisions 7 and 8 In accordance with Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Technical Specification 5.9.5, attached are revisions to the FCS COLR. Revision 7, dated March 20, 1995, updated the refueling boron concentration to 2000 ppm to reflect the core changes prior to Cycle 16 operation.
