Pursuant to Confirmatory Order EA-17-090 (Reference 2), Article V (9), Global Nuclear Fuel-Americas, LLC (GNF-A) hereby provides a verification of completion for the order commitments relative to NRC License SNM-1097. Completion of these items has been documented in our corrective action program and reviewed by NRC Region II inspection staff.
It should be noted that the annual training described in Article V (5) will continue as required for at least three years after the order issuance (until at least December 14, 2020).
