Dear Sir or Madam:
The Global. Nuclear Fuel-Americas, L.L.C. (GNF-A) facility in Wilmington, N.C., hereby submits a revised Radiological Con-tingency & Emergency Plan (RC&EP) dated Februa,Y 1 0, 2023*, to replace the plan submitted ~n January 7,.2022 (Reference 2).
The changes have been internally reviewed and documented as those that do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and do not require prior NRC approval in accordance with SNM 1 097 Chapter 8 and 1 0 CFR 70.32{i). Revision bars in the right-hand margin depict changes from the previous revision submitted to the NRC.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2;390, GNF-A requests that the attachment to this Jetter be withheld from public disclosure, as it contains security related and proprietary information associated with our Emergency Planning and Response Program.
