Dear Mr. Rivera:
In accordance with NRC Regulatory Guide 3.67, Revision 1, Section 7.3.1, Biennial Exercises enclosed is a description of the complete drill scenario and controller information for the GNF-A biennial emergency exercise that is currently scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
The exercise scenario details have not been made available to me and will not be available to individuals expected to participate as emergency responders. Those personnel currently involved in exercise development and expected to be used for controller/evaluators/observers have signed a confidentiality agreement to prevent disclosure.
Please note that the Enclosure to this letter has been labeled as containing both Security Related and Proprietary Information and is requested to be withheld from public disclosure.
