We are in receipt of your December 22, 2022, letter concerning the above-referenced lease amendment. Having reviewed the materials provided, we concur with the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions determination that the proposed license renewal does not have the potential to cause effects to historic properties, assuming they are present.
The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservations Regulations for Compliance with Section 106 codified at 36 CFR Part 800.
