FURTHER STATEMENT BY ROCKFORD LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS REG ARDING PETITIONS FOR WAIVER OR EXCEPTIONS The League presently has pending two Petitions for Walver or Exceptions of Regulations with respect to:
(1) the need for power and alternative energy source regulations, and (2) financial qualification regulations.
Under date of July 30, 1982 Daare-Safe filed similar petitions regarding waivers of the aforesaid regulations, as well as a Reply (regarding the same subject matters) to the responses of Commonwealth Edison and the NRC's staff to the League's original petition for waiver on the aforesaid same two subject matters.
The League hereby incorporates by reference in connection with its Petit!ons for Walver the information contained in the Daare-Safe petitions, as well as the Daare-Safe Reply referred to, all of which were filed by Daare-Safe under date of July 30, 1982.
The League also joins in the Daare-Safe July 30, 1982 Motion for Joint Consideration of the four petitions now pending.
