MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE OUT OF TIME Commonwealth Edison Company (" Applicant") hereby moves the Licensing Board to grant Applicant leave to file out of time the accompanying " Applicant's Reply to DAARE/ SAFE's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Regarding Waterhammer".
In support of this motion, Applicant states:
1.
The undersigned attorney is largely responsible for producing Applicant's proposed findings on the emergency planning issue and the aforementioned Applicant's reply on the waterhammer issue, both of which were due on June 20, 1983.
Because of the demands imposed by the preparation of the former document, the undersigned attorney was unable to timely complete the latter.
2.
No party will be prejudiced by acceptance of this late filing.
