Hughes, being first duly sworn, do hereby depose and say:

'I am employed by Bechtel Associates Professional Corporation, a subsidiary of Bechtel Power Corporation.
My business address is 777 Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, Mich-igan-48107.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Admin-istration Degree ~from Eastern Michigan University.
I am a registered professional-engineer in the States of California (Mechanical) and Michigan.
I have also completed the U.S.
Navy Nuclear Power Training (Officer) Course.

I have been employed by the Bechtel Power Corpora-tion-for almost 15-years, joining Bechtel in 1969 as a senior engineer.
.I have held technical and managerial positions in Bechtel's offices in San Francisco, California, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and in Madrid, Spain.
