MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Commonwealth Edison Company (" Applicant" ) moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to enter an order extending the time to reply to "DAARE/ SAFE and Rockford League of Women Voters Proposed Findings of Fact and Con-clusions of Law Regarding Emergency Planning" to July 15, 1983. In support of the Motion, counsel for Applicant states:

1. Pursuant to the August 18, 1982 Stipulation and the provisions of 10 C.F.R. S2.710, reply findings on the emergency planning contention are due on July 5, 1983.
2. The attorneys for Applicant who have primary responsibility for preparing Applicant's reply to the l

Intervenors' proposed findings will not return from vacations until July ll, 1983. These vacation plans were established well in advance of the time that the current schedule for the filing of proposed findings became settled.

3. A time extension until July 15, 1983 is reasonable and will not prejudice any other party.
4. Counsel for Applicant has discussed this motion with counsel for the NRC Staff and the counsel for Intervenors with responsibility for the emergency planning issue and they do not have any objection to this proposed time extension.

For good cause shown, Applicant's motion for a time extension should be granted.
