MOTION TO STRIKE PROPOSED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS, AND TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL Now comes David C. Thomas, counsel of record for Intervenor ROCKFORD LEACUE OF WOMEN VOTERS, and moves for the entry of an Order striking all the proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law previously filed by counsel on behalf of Intervenor and granting counsel leave to withdraw, for the reasons set forth below:
1.
Intervenor has notified counsel that it is dissatisfied with counsel's proposed Findings and Conclusions previously filed on behalf of Intervenor in that it does not feel the proposed Findings and Conclusions are sufficient to entitle Intervenor to any relief on any issue, and therefore. counsel is seeking to strike said Findings and Conclusions from the record herein as though they had never been filed.

For the same reasons, the undersigned moves for leave to withdraw l
as attorney of record for Intervenor.
