Summary of Enforcement Activities a.
Telephonic Enforcement Conference held with Butte-Silver Bow on December 7, 1989.
CP Package sent to licensee on February 1, 1990, for $500.
b.
Enforcement Conference held with Ivinson Memorial Hospital on December 15, 1989. CP Package sent to licensee on February 7, 1990, for $1,250.
c.
Enforcement Conference held with B&H Wireline Services on January 26, 1990. CP of $500 proposed.
d.
Enforcement Conference held with Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc., on February 2, 1990. CP of $1,000 proposed.
An Enforcement Conference has been scheduled for February 21, e.
1990, in regard to an inspection of the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Houston on December 11-13, 1989, and January 8-10, 1990.

Personnel Selections Robert A. Brown was selected as Senior Radiation Specialist.
a.
His reassignment aeso was mailed January 18, 1990.
b.
Mary Linda McLean selected an offer as a Radiation Specialist on
. January 11, 1990. Two other external candidates were interviewed for this position.
There were no internal applicants.
3.
I eccompanied Selvan itajendran during his inspection trip to Western Oklahoma on January 23-24, 1990. Linda was accompanied by Cheryl Trottier, HMSS, during her trip to Houston on January 29 - February 2.
4.
Mike Vasquez completed his temporary assignment to Materials Licensing on January 123 however, he has some followup work yet to complete.
The assignment duration was 4 weeks.

Selvan Rajendran served as a team member on an inspection of Sequoyah Fuels during January 2-4, 1990.

6.
A section meeting was held with all staff members on January 17, 1990.
The meeting included a discussion of the proper manner of conducting of entrance and exit briefings and the proper reporting of in office inspection time on RITS, 7.
No one attended training during the month.
8.
All allegations assigned to HMIS'were closed as of the date of this report.
