Licenses which have primary program codes listed above and which also have secondary codes not listed above must be signed by the undersigned or Jack Whitten.
The basis for this delegation rests on the following:

Work experience gained in reviewing these program coded cases, B.
Training you received by attending the Troxler portable gauge training course, the Safety Aspects of Industrial Radiography Course, and the Whole Body Counting and Internal Dosimetry Course, C.
Training and experience in nuclear medicine obtained in your career before joining NRC, D.
Experience gained in conducting pre-licensing inspections, and E.
Inspection experience attained in the Nuclear Materials Inspection Section.
If you have any questions in regard to a particular case, you should discuss the matter with Jack or myself before approving the action.
As in the past, additional casework will be assigned which has not been included in the delegation and which will require a final signature by Jack or myself.
