" Revision" will be checked by the Reviewer for any revisions, deletions, additions or changes in the placement of words, sentences or paragraphs.

4.

Generally, the ML administrative staff (Rose Rozhon and Pat Detloff) will handle " priority" typing which may be required to issue a materials document with a short turnaround time.

If this cannot be done within ML, the document will be sent to DMS for typing together with a completed and signed " Priority" control sheet.

Currently, only some of the DMS staff are familiar with the typing of materials s

licenses documents. The Section Chief is new on the job and several of the staff need to be trained in this area; it is our intent that the entire DMS staff be trained. As agreed upon, Rose Rozhon will work with Carole Ariano and the DMS staff during the week of December 4 (two to three one-hour sessions).

Additionally, Rose will work with Mary Jones on the archiving of materials licenses documents.

I am certain that, by following these procedures, materials licenses documents can be processed in a timely manner.
