Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.741, Intervenor Ohio 01.tizens for l l Responsible Energy ("0CRE") hereby serves Applicant with this request to permit entry upon the Perry site and into the Perry plant, Unit 1 (or Unit 2 if the particular structures to be in'spected are more accessible there), for .the purpose of visually inspecting and possibly measuring or photographing the following:

(a) SDV/SDIV and its physical arrangement in relation to the suppression pool, containment, and the moisture, temperature, and radiation sensors described. in the response to Interrogatory 2-5 (see Applicants' Answer to Ohio Citizens for E2sponsible Energy Second Set of Interrogatories to Applicants. dated June 25, 1982) l (b) HPCS pump room (c) LPCI (RHR) pump rooms (d) LPCS pump room (e) CRD pumps (f) CRD HCUs and associated piping OCHE must conduct this inspection to have assurance that l 8207230562 820719 PDR ADOCK 05000440 C PDR 33 C3
