Docket No. 50-139 License No. R-73 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 2-3, 1975 it appears that one of your activities was not in full compliance with applicable NRC regulations and conditions of your license, as indicated below.
10 CFR 73.40 requires, in part, that Security Plans submitted to the Commission for approval shall be followed by the licensee.
Your Security Plan, dated August 7, 1974 requires, in part, that keys are to be controlled and maintained by the Assistant to the Director or the 1_0perations Supervisor in his absence.
