R-73 & SNM-108 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 2-3, 1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full com-pliance with the conditions of your license as indicated below:

Contrary to 10 CFR 70.51(c), the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory did not develop and maintain written nuclear material control and accounting procedures as required.

This infraction was identified by the inspector and had the potential for causing or contributing to an occurrence of safeguards significance.
