Enclosed is the subject report of the physical security inspection
conducted on June 2-3, 1975'"

During this inspection one infraction was identified, however, several
significant items were" identified which decrease' the effectiveness oi'
physical security to an unacceptable level.
These were discussed with
licensee management who stated they would wait for written communication
from the NRC.
I feel that the matter should be referred to Reactor
Licensing who could request the licensee to revise the security plan to
include correction of the problem areas.
