The State of Tennessee on Ma'rch 29, 1982 filed a motion to withdraw as a party under 10 CFR !i2.714, while continuing to participate in this pro-ceeding as an interested state pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 52.715.

This motion is granted, and the representatives of the State of Tennessee shall remain on the service list, be allowed to attend prehearing and.other conferences, and to participate in any hearings in this proceeding as an interested state subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 52.715.
