NOTIFICATION CONCERNING PROJECT TERMINATION The United States Department of Energy and Project Manage-ment Corporation, for themselves and on behalf of the Tennessee Valley Authority (the Applicants), hereby provide the following notification concerning project termination:

1. On December 19, 1983, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board of Directors authorized execution of the agreement terminating the project 1!, and that agreement was executed by TVA.

2. On December 22, 1983 the Project Management Corporation and Breeder Peactor Corporation Boards of Directors confirmed ex-ecution of the agreement to terminate the project.

3. All parties to the principal project agreements have now agreed to terminate the project.
