The power reduction was necessary due to low level in the Turbine Plant Cooling ,

Vater (TPCV) Bigh Level Cooling Vater Tank (HLCVT). The TPCV'HLCVT Inlet Valve,  ;

CV620, failed closed because of a broken control air supply line to CV620. ' Valve CV620 was isolated.and the level in the HLCVT vas restored to its. normal operating ,
