SUMMARY

Reactor power was maintained at approximately 100% full power for the majority of the month. On November 9,1997, at 0005 hours, reactor power was reouced to approximately 92% to perform monthly turbine valve testing. At the completion of testing at 0255 hours. power was increased to 1005 On November 17,1997, at 1123 hours, power was reduced to 90% due to a failed Turbine Control Valve Servo Control Valve. Power was restored to 100% on Noveinber 18,1997, at 0035 hours following replacement of t! e Sarvo Control Valve. On Nov9mbe.r 23,1997, at 0001 hours, power was reduced to 96% to per'orm mMerator coefficient testing. Power v as restored to 100% on November 23,1997, at 1840 hours following completion of the testing.
